Shipping & Returns

Pick Up In Store Orders-Please wait until you get a "Ready for Pickup" email notification before coming to store for pickup.  Orders are usually ready for pickup within 36 hours.

Warm Weather Shipping Policies:

During warm weather months we only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. All packages shipping during April, May, June, July, August or September (and sometimes October, if it stays warm) must be shipped with ice packs and coolers at a charge of $5.00 handling fee (additional to the regular shipping charges). During these months, there may be an increased shipping fee to certain states because of the intense heat and method needed to ship in a shorter amount of time.

The HANDLING fee that you see in the cart covers the ice packs and coolers that we use to ship during warm weather months.

We may us UPS, USPS or FedEx to ship your order.  Please provide street address and PO box when filling in ship to information.

Shipping charges are applied on a per address basis.  If you are shipping to multiple addresses the shipping is charged according to each address order total.  

We ship via UPS, USPS and FEDEX.  Orders may take 1-5 business days to process in-house before they are shipped. UPS, USPS and FEDEX can take from 1-5 business days. Actual shipping charges may be adjusted due to weight and dimension of some items shipped. We will email you in such a case. Shipping and deliveries are made in accordance with the standard rules and regulations of these respective shippers.

Please note that all packages shipping to New York City or one of the 5 boroughs of NYC are shipped with signature required at delivery.

Arrival time for standard ground shipments is dependent on the distance of the package destination.  CoblentzChocolates.com does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or national U.S. holidays.

Alaska, Hawaii Shipping.....$85.00

Canada Shipping....$50.00 USPS ONLY.  At this time we can only ship to Canada via the United States Postal Service.  The person receiving the order is responsible for any import taxes or fees.  Please note that time in transit to Canada is at least 8 days after the items leave our facility.

 

Once your shipment arrives, immediately check for damage, shortages, or incorrect products. Any error of this type must be reported to Customer Service within 24 hours upon acceptance of order.  Please provide photos when applicable (damages, etc.).

All sales are final.  We do not accept returns.
