IS MY TRANSACTION SECURE?
All items available for direct internet purchase will be processed through our shopping cart on our secure server so that all your information will be 128 bit encrypted through our secure certificate to avoid being intercepted by a third party. Once a purchase has been consummated an invoice will be generated describing the goods purchased, all costs assigned to the order. This invoice will be sent to your designated email address.

Problems Adding to Cart? Cookies must be enabled within browser settings, more information here for enabling cookies. Lowering the security settings may also help. AOL users may need to turn on cookies as some browser versions are set to off by default. High personal firewall privacy settings may also effect cart operation but in most cases not.     CANCELING AN ORDER:
    We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. Back orders may be cancelled Contacting Us. Or by Tel: 330-893-2995.

    Shipping:
    CoblentzChocolates.com ships via UPS and USPS. Actual shipping charges may be adjusted due to weight and dimension of some items shipped. We will email you in such a case. Shipping and deliveries are made in accordance with the standard rules and regulations of these respective shippers. You can choose for all continental United States addresses:

    • UPS Ground - Continental USA
    • UPS 2nd Day - Continental USA
    • UPS Next Day - Continental USA
    • UPS Ground Alaska & Hawaii Only
    • USPS Domestic - USA
    • USPS Canada

    Arrival time for standard ground shipments is dependent on the distance of the package destination. CoblentzChocolates.com does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or national U.S. holidays. CoblentzChocolates.com does not deliver to post office boxes except in the case of shipments to military bases.

    Summer Shipping Policies:
    Due to summer heat, we will only be shipping Mon-Wed until September. Every order shipping to Florida or West of the Mississippi must chose 2nd day air. Shipping charges may vary depending on the physical size of the order (we may need to use more than one cooler and ice packs). We will contact our customers via email if we need to change the shipping fees.

    Payment:
    CoblentzChocolates.com accepts Visa, Master Card and Discover. Please submit the correct billing address for the credit card to help us prevent fraud. If an incorrect billing address is submitted we will refuse shipment. Your credit card will not be charged until the day of shipment. CoblentzChocolates.com also accepts money orders, but no personal checks.

    Sales Tax:
    There is a 7.00% sales tax charge for any order delivered within Ohio.

OUR POLICIES

ORDERS POLICY:
The confirmation of an order by e-mail or any other type of electronic confirmation does not constitute CoblentzChocolates.com's acceptance of the order. CoblentzChocolates.com has the right to refuse shipment without any prior notification.

Return Policy:
No returns with/out prior authorization. Damaged items must be reported to carrier upon receipt. All returns subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges on returned items will be assumed by the purchaser.

OUR PRIVACY POLICY:
All personal and company / business information is for our own use, to help us better service our customers. CoblentzChocolates.com does not release any customer information to any other party.

Anyone may subscribe to our mailing list by either purchasing an item, or requesting subscription via email.
